Hi!

I'm Joaquin. I'm moving out of my house in Ardwick and looking for someone to take over my room. I'll be handling enquiries and viewings, but I won't be living there myself: you'd be moving in with Mike and Ollie at some point between October and November (details can be discussed).

About the room:

Single bed.
Desk and chair.
Cabinet for storage.
South-west facing window.

About the house:

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Large kitchen open to the living room.
Big back yard.
XBox in the living room!

About the location:

10 minute walk from Oxford road.
3 minute walk from corner shop, 10 minute walk from Morrison's, 20 minutes from Lidl.
10 minutes by bus from Piccadilly station (bus stop is around the corner).
Dangerously close to Maccies.

About Mike and Ollie!
They're two easygoing, friendly guys, and the vibe at home is relaxed and comfortable.

They like music, gigs, and a night out from time-to-time. They are also into sports, with the odd game of squash on the weekend. Day to day, they may watch a documentary or a film, take the occasional trip to Spoons, and chat in the kitchen about whatever's going on. A good balance of hanging out and sometimes just doing our own thing.

We're looking for someone chill and open-minded. Ideally, someone who wants to live in a friendly house rather than just rent a room. Think you're a good fit? Regarding some numbers. Bills aren't included in the cost, but they are approximately £ 50 per month. The house falls in council tax band B. The council tax bill will depend on the final makeup of the house once the room is filled.

Universal Credit is not accepted. This would constitute adding you to the currently existing contract to replace me (Joaquin).
