Two double rooms are available in the house with all decorations and furniture from August 2026. The contract preferably is one year for a double room.
The rent is £125 and £145 per week for a double room and ensuite respectively, including broadband, IKEA double bed, wardrobe, desk, executive chair and a chest of drawers. The house has a garden and parking area, so is a nice and quiet area. This house is a 5-10 minute walk to Manchester University and a 20-minute walk to the city centre. You will be living with other friendly mature female students and professionals.
An international female is preferable. All rooms will be available in August 2026. Male and short term rental for a double room are not considered.
