1 double bedroom available in a relaxed clean house.

Looking for a mature, level headed non smoker that might want to live in a safe secure home. PHD students are welcomed including international! We all respect our own private time but occasionally will organise a house meal to get together and catch up with each other.

The house is pretty close to town and Oxford Street (ideal for Post Graduate Students), also transport into the City Center is not a problem with buses coming every 3-5 minutes a couple of roads down.

Since I live in the house too I strive to make sure that the house is running well, clean and safe.

Important to many people this day and age, this house now has super fast Fiber Optic. Kept an eye on when the property was eligible long enough! (Included in price along with council tax band C)

The kitchen area has a dining table, enormous fridge and a separate chest freezer. There's two public toilets too so there's no need to fight for it in the morning. :)

Ideally looking for a non smoker, clean tenant that takes their profession/studies seriously, this is a LGBT+ friendly house too. Apart from that, I'm open to anything.

For the junk food lover, there's a McDonalds down the road (3 minute walk) and nearby there is a Greggs, Subway and Kebab Store.
