Well maintained Semi detached house (Band A) with gardens front and back. You are welcome to spend time in the garden areas (with some restrictions)
Shared use of cooking and laundry appliances.
Utility bills included. (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, WiFi)
Close to all local amenities, including: Ashton and Wigan Town centres, Wigan Flashes and Three Sisters Recreation Area. Excellent transport links being close to Bryn train station, local bus routes and J25 of M6. Less than an hour commute to Warrington, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Bolton, Skelmersdale and Southport etc

Would suit professional, mature student or contractor.
Occupier occassionally works at home so access to work area and rear garden will be restricted during these times.

Must be OK with having a well behaved dog around.
