I’m 44yrs old, clean, tidy and easy going. I don’t go out much during the week due to my work; I have a busy job in the education sector.

The house is nice and quiet. I am looking for someone who is working, professional, reliable and easy to get on with.

I’ve had 5 lodgers over the last 16 years who have become really close friends. They’ve all been teachers, social workers and nurses so for the right fit you need to have a steady job.

All my lodgers have been female - I was brought up by my mum and sister and I feel more comfortable with females. Think Will and Grace, with a touch of The Golden Girls too :)
