Professional shared house, walking distance to Ashton on Mersey village, for age 25 to 50, existing house mates prefer male.

Initial let period is 3 months, to allow all parties (existing house mates and new) to be comfortable and happy, and then can become a rolling agreement.

The property is located less than a 5-minute walk from Ashton Village with Tesco and Coop, post office, various pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Bus stops less than 5-minute walk, and a 20-minute walk from Sale Centre and Metrolink. Access to road networks A56, M60, M62 within 5- minute drive. Manchester airport 15-minute drive.

Kitchen/Diner:
There's a modern fully fitted kitchen/diner with washing machine, dryer, large fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space.

Communal Lounge:
Large living room with 2 large sofa’s (large L shape and large 3 seater) and TV, with patio door access to large garden

Large walk in shower, basin with storage unit and towel rail.

Parking:
The house itself sits in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking for 2 cars and plenty of road parking.

Entrance Hallway with space/storage for coats / shoes.

There is a large, south facing, private garden to the rear of the property with shed storage for bikes etc.

The house includes, gas central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, plenty of cupboard space plus many other facilities. The rent is fully inclusive of Gas, Electric & water, Council Tax, TV license. Wi-Fi around the house.

Smoking is not allowed in the house but smoking outside in the garden is fine.

This is a working professional household with each room catering for individuals. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate couples, children or pets.
