An unfurnished double room is available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat from 16th August. The flat has a shared kitchen & bathroom, plus an outside terrace area.

The flat is located in Ashton upon Mersey, around a 20–25 minute walk from Sale tram stop, with great tram and bus links into Manchester city centre. Rent is £500pcm, plus bills (split equally between the three flatmates). There's also an allocated parking space if you drive.

About us
You'll be living with two friendly, easy-going ladies who both work full-time:
✨ Grace (26) is an Assistant Psychologist who loves coffee dates, pub trips, true crime, spin classes and running.

✨ Kadi (24) is a Nursing Assistant who enjoys travelling, charity shopping and staying active through hiking, cycling, boxing and MMA.

They’re both clean, considerate and enjoy having a friendly, homely space. We like catching up over dinner, going for a coffee or heading to the pub now and then, but we're equally respectful of each other's own time and space.

About you
We're looking for a like-minded woman (roughly mid-20s to early-30s) who's friendly, tidy and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay. We'd love to find someone who is a friend not just a flatmate.
