A spacious room is available to rent in our well-maintained 4-bedroom detached house, offering a comfortable, clean and friendly living environment.

We are live-in landlords, my husband and I, and we live in the master bedroom upstairs. Another tenant, a female student who also works part-time, currently occupies one of the other bedrooms. The remaining bedroom is available for rent.

PS: Please note that the room was previously used as my home office/workroom, and I have now decided to rent it out. As a result, the room is not yet fully set up as a bedroom, and a few adjustments may still be needed. However, it already includes a double bed, computer desk, chair and TV. It can be viewed as it is, and the room offers a good opportunity to make it your own comfortable space.
