Small double room to rent.

Lounge

I have a small double room to rent on a ground floor flat in the Howe Bridge area. The room consists of a divan double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table and is decorated in a neutral cream colour.

The lounge area consists of a two piece fake leather brown sofa set, bookcase, coffee table, smart TV and stand and a dining table with 2 chairs.

The kitchen contains a fridge freezer, oven with 4 gas burners, a washing machine and the general appliances (microwave, slow cooker, toaster, kettle, mixer, plates, glasses etc)
Please note that there is no dryer, I do have a maiden and an outdoor washing line.

The bathroom has the standard features - bath with over head shower, WC and wash basin.

To the back of the property is a large car park, which is not allocated. To the front of the property is a large communal garden, which can be accessed through the French doors in the living room or around the side of the property...I have standard outdoor items (a bistro table and chair set, 2 sun loungers, BBQ and a small shed for storing these items)

All bills are included in the price including Wi-fi.

I have one cat, named Oscar, who is very placid and friendly.

I am looking for a friendly, reliable, down to earth flatmate, who is easy to get along with and isn't very messy. I would like someone who can pay rent on a monthly basis and someone who works as I have had issues with two previous flatmates who were in receipt of benefits.

I would consider someone who doesn't need the room full time (eg... Only at weekends or weekdays) for a reduced price, please message me to discuss further.
