I have to let a double room. The room is furnished a double bed and a triple wardrobe with further storage in airing cupboard.

There are two tenants in the house, myself female 43 professional and one other 24.

Potential housemate must like dogs I have a 7 year old German Spitz.

The house has a back garden and safe place to park on the drive or street.

Atherton and Hag Fold train stations are close by. The V1 and V2 bus services are also local with links to Wigan, Manchester and Bolton within walking distance.

Shared bathroom facilities which is kept clean and tidy.

I do not mind if the tenant is male or female.

Utilities, Council tax, Virgin super fast broadband included in the price.
