Single room Atherton 385pcm

I have to let a single room. The room is furnished with bed and a set of drawers not show in picture.

There are two tenants in the house, myself 41 female and one other male.

Potential housemate must like dogs I have a 6 year old German Spitz.

The house has a garden and safe place to park on the drive or street.

Atherton and Hag Fold train stations are close by. The V1 and V2 bus services are also local with links to Wigan, Manchester and Bolton within walking distance.

Shared bathroom facilities which is kept clean and tidy.

I do not mind if the tenant is male or female.

Utilities, Council tax, Virgin super fast broadband included in the price.
