I have a large double room available for rent in a peaceful, residential area. This space is well-suited for someone who values a calm living environment. The place is very close to Leigh, Bolton, Wigan, and easily accessible city provided that you have a car.

I do not have a TV license as I do not watch TV but if you would like to have one then you will be responsible for paying it. Also viewings can be done only on Saturdays and Sundays up to 8pm. Iin regards to the Internet, I am more than happy to sign up a contract with an Internet provider as this us something that people normally need 😀 to be able to use.
