THE ROOM:
It's a spacious double room which comes with a double bed and mattress, some shelves and hanging rails, and a desk. There is plenty of space to make it your own and there is a large combined chest of drawers / hanging unit in the spare room which you're welcome to have as it's not currently used.

THE HOUSE:
The house is beautiful, clean, and modern. It's ideal for someone who wants more space than you get in city centre flatshares while still having great transport links to town. You'll only be sharing with one other person - me. The house has:
- A huge, beautiful kitchen-diner which is probably the highlight of the house
- A paved yard at the back which is a sun trap
- A separate, cosy living room at front
- A lovely bathroom with a great walk-in rainfall shower
- A spare box room available for shared extra storage
- On street parking with space for 2 cars (one of which will be mine)
- Various mod cons like Nest heating system, Ring doorbell and alarm, electric blinds.

THE AREA:
The house is situated in a really nice area, with friendly neighbours and a community feel (including neighbourhood whatsapp groups). There are plenty of amenities nearby, including shops, pubs, gyms and more.

The local transport links are also excellent:
- Bus: the stop for the 219 is a 2 minute walk away
- Train: Guide Bridge station is 4 minutes by car or 12 minutes walking, and gets you in to Piccadilly in 10 minutes
- Tram: Ashton Moss tram stop (park and ride) is a 7 minute drive away.
- Car: it takes 5 minutes to get onto the M60, making it easy to get around.

ABOUT ME:
I'm a 33 year old male working in the public sector. I work from home most of the time so ideally I'd prefer to share with someone who doesn't, but it's not a deal breaker. I like football (playing and watching), the gym, hiking, watching films, and of course spending time with family and friends.

ABOUT YOU:
The house has been done to a really high spec because it was the landlord's home before I moved in, so I'm looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who'll help look after it. The vibe in the house is friendly, calm and peaceful. Definitely sociable, but more movie nights and chats than 3am afterparties.

It’d be nice to live with someone with similar interests who’s up for the occasional chat or hanging out now and then, but I also value my personal space and independence, and completely respect that in others too.
