I am currently moving out due to a new job, leaving a double bedroom at Sir Williams Court.
The room includes 1 allocated parking space and is currently furnished by a bed with underneath storage and a wardrobe. It has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room/diner with a Juliette balcony which gets a lot of sunlight in the morning.
The apartment is in a great location, close to Martinscroft tram stop, regular bus stops, multiple supermarkets and nearby parks.
The flatmate that is staying is a working professional, who works shifts however she is very quiet and likely would not disturb someone with a 9-5 work routine.
Bills are not included within the rent payment but usually come to around £150 each, usually less in summer. Upon moving in there will be no WiFi in the apartment as it is something I pay for and will be taking when I leave.
The Lanlords are great people, very helpful and easy to contact.
The official move in date would likely be September 1st as the landlord will need time to process references to begin a tenancy however, this may be able to be brought forward upon arrangement with the landlord and remaining flatmate.
