Bright double room for rent close to the airport

I have a double room to rent in my lovely modern home. Please not the price for a couple will be £750 per month. £650 is for one adult.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. The property will house one other tenant and I will only be back occasionally so you won’t see much of me during your stay. I can be flexible on the date if you wish to move in sooner.


The property is in a quiet area, Baguley, walking distance to Wythenshawe hospital with good transport links to Manchester Airport, didsbury, Chorlton and the city centre. There are two met stations within walking distance. A brand new JD gym has just opened and is about a seven minute walk from the house, it’s a fabulous gym. The location of the house is perfect in terms of convenience!!
Kitchen comes equipped with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and a double cooker! Plenty of room it’s a great size! There is also a shed in the back garden if you have a bike. I do not have a drive as the property is on a green, however there is parking available on the road outside of the house. Wifi included with all other bills. Tv in living room, the double bedroom comes with a widescreen TV, A double mirrored fitted wardrobe, double bed and mattress with bedding if required and a 3 drawer unit.

Garden has just been done up with a fire pit table 🤗
House mate can have guests over but my limit for this would once/twice a month otherwise it will be considered as a double let which will increase the monthly rental.

I like a tidy and clean house although I am not over the top, but please bare this in mind as you are expected to keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy after use. A weekly cleaner for communal areas is included in the price, however I do ask you clean up after yourself and also keep your room clean and tidy. Feel free to contact.
