One large bedroom available, the yellow one that is the largest bedroom in the house. Comes fully furnished, all rooms have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and beside table, but there is more storage and space with the yellow one. Two shower rooms and one downstairs WC. No ensuites.

Yellow room available from the 9th July, tenant is returning home after his work contract finished. The remaining tenants are very nice, respectful of the space and work in the professional services industry.

Property has off-road parking available for up to four vehicles depending upon size and is close to schools and the Manchester city stadium
