A lovely, spacious double room with fitted wardrobes, double bed, comfy armchair and 50 inch wall-mounted smart TV in large semi-detached house.

This is a warm, peaceful and safe house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, fifteen minutes from central Manchester. It’s a friendly home in a friendly street where all the neighbours look out for each other so I am looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and respectful who will fit in here.

Close to Tesco superstore, library, doctors and local shops. The house is right next to Plant Hill park with great views over the city. We are also close to Boggart Hole Clough and Heaton Park so it’s great for nature spaces.

Only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop - busses 17, 18 and 163 take fifteen minutes into central Manchester.
