Lodger wanted for beautiful new build house

I am looking for a new lodger to keep me company in my beautiful new build property. There is a double room with sole access to the main bathroom with a bath. I have a garden with a lawn, a modern kitchen with plenty of storage, an office space that is free most of the time, partially boarded loft and a double drive. The area is quiet and peaceful and looks out over fields with sheep and cows. Must be okay with pets as I share the house with my little dog Mabel who will be in the house whilst I am work. Really easy access to Bolton hospital which is where I work as a health professional Monday - Friday. Female prefered please and no couples. The monthly cost includes rent, all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. Only one dog considered and would have to be okay with being alone with my dog in the house and dependant on whether they get on!
