Lodger wanted for beautiful new build house

I am looking for a new lodger to keep me company in my beautiful new build property. There is a double room with sole access to the main bathroom with a bath. I have a garden with a lawn, a modern kitchen with plenty of storage, an office space that is free most of the time, partially boarded loft and a double drive. The area is quiet and peaceful and looks out over fields with sheep and cows. Must be okay with pets as I share the house with my little dog Mabel who will be in the house whilst I am work. Really easy access to Bolton hospital which is where I work as a health professional Monday - Friday. Female prefered please and no couples. The monthly cost includes rent and all bills. Only one dog considered and would have to be okay with being alone with my dog in the house and dependant on whether they get on!
