Double room with own bathroom available in Bolton area. Close links to public transport to Salford and Manchester City centre. Bills included (£650 pcm) the property had 4 rooms in total, one being a spare room (guest welcome, I often have my sister come visit and stay there) another small box room which is used as storage room. Sizeable garden (need a little TLC if you’ve got a green thumb).
I have a 5 year old rescue Chihuahua so will have to be comfortable around dogs, happy when being cuddled and given treats.
