A bright and spacious double bedroom is available in our 2-bedroom house. The property has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a small storage room. My wife and I live in the other bedroom.

£450 per month
£450 deposit
Rent must be paid before the end of each month for the following month.
Bills
All household bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, etc.) will be shared equally between the two households and split 50/50.
Looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
Clean, tidy, and respectful.
Happy to keep shared areas clean after using them.
Friendly, considerate, and easy to live with.
Responsible and pays rent on time.
We both work and appreciate a peaceful, clean home. We're not expecting anyone to clean up after us, and we'd appreciate the same in return. We simply want someone who respects shared spaces and helps keep the home tidy.
