Hi!
I am a friendly young lady looking for a reliable, fun, and respectful female flatmate to team up with and lock down a gorgeous, brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Livingway (The Spot) in Bolton Town Centre.
This is Apartment 45, located at the very end of a quiet hallway. I've viewed it in person and it is exceptionally clean and modern!

The Available Space (The Left Wing)
You will be moving into a massive Double Bedroom on the left wing of the flat. It is fully furnished with a brand-new double bed, two bedside tables, and a large wardrobe. You also get a beautiful view outside! Directly beside your room, you have your own large private bathroom equipped with a full bathtub, shower, large mirror, and sink.

The two bedrooms are completely separated on opposite sides of the flat by the living, kitchen and dining areas. My room is on the right wing and yours will be on the left wing, giving us both the ultimate privacy with a gorgeous, sunlit open-plan living and dining area.

The kitchen features an induction hob, oven, extractor, a large fridge-freezer, and tons of cabinet space. There is a separate closed utility door hiding the washer-dryer so it stays quiet. (Note: There is no dishwasher in the building).

The Building: A highly secure complex with secure key fob access, and 24/7 CCTV located in the heart of Bolton Town Centre. It is literally less than a 2-minute walk to the transport interchange/train station (you can see it from the window!). It's also right next to Bolton Market for easy grocery shopping and near the town mall (Primark, Boots etc) and lots of restaurants (Subways, McDonald’s, etc).

The Rent per person: £607.50 per calendar month. Security Deposit: £683.65.
Bills: With Wi-Fi included in the rent, we only split electricity, water, and council tax (Band B). I approximate bills to be roughly £140.00 to £155.00 pcm per person.

About Me:- I am a quiet, friendly person. I love to read, listen to music, cook and sleep a lot. I have a busy schedule and I value my home as a peaceful, clean sanctuary. I would love a flatmate who wants to build a real connection, someone down to occasionally watch movies, cook, talk, and go out together! I might even cook for you if you're willing to try it 😊.
I am deeply committed to cleanliness and having a neat routine (washing up immediately after cooking, keeping things organized). Our personal spaces will be 100% independent and hygienic. I am looking for a clean, easy-going person, a student or working professional who is honest, funny, kind, and takes pride in keeping a shared home tidy. Strictly no smoking inside as I am allergic.
