I also have a home in Manchester, where I stay most of the time. Therefore, I will not be living in the Bolton flat permanently. I may visit and stay for a few nights occasionally. When I do, I will use the living room, so you will have the bedroom as your personal space.

Most of the time, you will have the flat to yourself and can enjoy a comfortable, independent living environment.
