I am looking for a tenant who is self reliant to share my house where I live together with my daughter who is away at university much of the year.

The double bedroom includes all brand new furniture: double bed, new wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and an adjustable height desk with chair. There is a family bathroom that will be for the tenants sole use.

Shared areas: The house has an open plan kitchen diner and living area on the lower ground floor with access to a picturesque south facing garden.

Bills will be included. WiFi included.

The location has excellent bus links to Bolton and Bury and is 15 minutes walk to Bromley Cross train station. There is access to a dedicated car parking space for the tenants use. There is also plenty of on road parking. The house has access to beautiful riverside walks, as well as having a supermarket, excellent wine bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk.

I am looking for a self reliant tenant with a regular job during the day, who will treat my house with respect. No smokers or pets.
