Hi there! I have a well lit (south facing) single room to let out from the 15th September!

3-bed terraced house in a great, quiet location at the heart of Bredbury. Walking distance from trains into Manchester (20 mins train journey from Bredbury to Manchester) and 10 min bus ride from Stockport.

The house will be shared with my existing housemate and myself (3 people in total). I am 29 years old and am looking to welcome someone new to the house. I work in business consulting and particularly enjoy sports, fitness, board games, travelling, reading.

The single room is south facing and overlooks the back garden. It is furnished with a single bed and set of drawers. The room does NOT include a desk, chair, or TV.

The house has laminated floors downstairs and carpet upstairs, a bathroom and an adjacent separate toilet. There is space for parking at the front of the house.

This is ideal accommodation for professionals looking for a conveniently located place to live, in a clean, quiet and spacious house.

Looking for a house mate who has:
- Full-time job based outside the home (office or on-site work)
- Able to provide proof of employment / income
- Clean and tidy in shared spaces
- Respectful of others’ privacy and quiet hours
- Minimum stay 6 months
