Lovely home near John Leigh Park Altrincham

My house is over 3 floors , on the ground floor there is a front lounge a kitchen diner and small utility room .
First floor has my bedroom with en suite .
Second bedroom which currently has a wardrobe and desk currently just used for storage . Happy to negotiate the use of this room also if required . Then there is the main bathroom which I don’t use and would be your main bathroom which has just been recently fitted with a large walk in shower .

The top floor has a double bedroom with its own small en suite (toilet and sink ) fabulous views on two sides . This is the room I would be renting and is on its own floor

My house is a 10 minute walk to Navigation tram stop and a 10 minute walk into Altrincham town centre.

If you don’t know Altrincham it is a vibrant beautiful town that has been voted one of the best places to live in the north of England many times .

Me : I am a live in owner late 50’s keen walker and camper with a 12 year old cuddle monster cockapoo
I like reading , binge watching series and a quiet life .

I currently WFH.

Washer/dryer/ dishwasher 2 freezers .
Nice south facing terrace garden and a 3 minute walk into a beautiful safe park.

Permit parking
Quiet street
The rent includes council tax, water , fast broadband.
Will discuss other bills for suitable person
