I am renting out a comfortable double bedroom in my home in Broughton, Salford, for approximately 3–6 months while I am away.
The house is quiet, clean and comfortable, and you will have the house to yourself during this period.
I am looking for a respectful, clean, tidy and organised person who will take care of the home as if it were their own. I am not looking for someone who has parties or brings lots of people into the house.
Rent: £750 per month.
All bills are included, except electricity, which will be the tenant’s responsibility.
