Hi! I'm looking for a tidy and respectful female lodger to fill a double room in a 2-bed house with myself (28y/o female).

Ideal for a working professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful home with great transport links to Manchester and Didsbury, and quick access to the M60.

Amenities:

The room is furnished with a double bed with drawers and brand new firm mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. The room overlooks the garden.

The house has a living room, shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area, downstairs loo, study and private rear garden. There is a washing machine and space for drying racks.

The room does not have a desk so does not suit someone who works from home, but the study can be used occasionally if needed.

There is one parking space available on the drive, and a couple of off-road parking spaces directly outside the house. Shed space also available to store bikes.

All utility bills incl. gas/elec/water, wifi, and council tax included in rent.

This is strictly a non-smoking and pet-free house.

The house is in a great location:

- Less than one minute walk to Tesco superstore Burnage
- Only 8 minutes walk to Burnage train station - with frequent 9 min train rides to Manchester Piccadilly, and 12 mins to Manchester Airport
- A short drive/bus to MRI or Christie's hospital
- Less than 10 min drive to Stockport centre

- Approx. 25 minute walk to Didsbury high street shops/cafes/parks, and slightly less to Heaton Moor or Parrs Wood Complex
- Approx. 15 minute walk to East Didsbury tram stop which provides direct tram links to West Didsbury and Chorlton.

A little about me:

I am British Born Chinese and grew up in and around Manchester.
I currently work as a doctor with usually a 9-5 schedule, but do work the odd night and weekend shifts, so I am looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of noise and each other's spaces.

When free, I enjoy coffee and pastry hunting, running, cycling and generally being outdoors, and equally enjoy cooking, arts and crafts, and cosy nights in watching TV, and I'm looking for someone who would be open to socialising and joining me in any of these :)

Deposit: £650

Available: from November 20th

If you feel like you would be a good fit, drop me a message and we can arrange a viewing / meet for a coffee first to see if we get along!
