Unfurnished room to rent in 2 bed house

Hi all,

I'm currently looking for someone to take the second bedroom (unfurnished) in my current rental property.

The room is available for £500 per month, with bills typically coming to around £200–£300 per month (give or take).

A little about me: I'm a 35-year-old professional who works from home full-time, Monday to Friday. I also have a 5-year-old French Bulldog called Milo, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a silly four legged goof too!

I'd describe myself as laid-back and fairly outgoing. I enjoy being social but also appreciate the occasional quiet night in.

It would be great to find a housemate who I get on well with and hopefully build a friendship with too.

The property is located on a quiet new-build estate in Cadishead/Irlam, around a 15-minute walk from Irlam train station, with direct links to Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool. The local high street is fairly barren, but there are a couple of corner shops, barbers, supermarkets including Tesco, Lidl and Aldi, as well as a few gyms nearby.
