A furnished double bedroom is available walking distance to Deansgate, Castlefield and Spinning field from the 19th of September 2026.

There are 3 other residents in the house, 2 males and one female, all professional, very respectful, clean and friendly. Ideally we are looking for someone with similar mindset. No parties, loud music or gathering please.

The rent is £730 a month including all the bills (council tax, electricity, water, internet and cleaning fees). A professional cleaner cleans the common areas of the house once a month and the fees are included in the rent.

There is a bus stop right outside the house, with buses going to the city centre and Trafford Centre/Trafford Park. There is a tram stop 5 mins walk and Deansgate train station 10 mins walk from the house. The city centre is roughly 25 mins walk.
