No on-site parking, but free street parking nearby

About me / the vibe:

I’m looking for an easygoing, sociable housemate who’s up for a laugh and enjoys the occasional drink, gig, or night out (maybe WHP 😉). I’d love it to feel like a proper home rather than two people living separate lives.

That said, I do work weekends, so this definitely isn’t a party flat.

New appliances recently installed (Oven, Washing machine, Microwave)

Ideally, you’d be clean, tidy, and happy to share the apartment with me and my small dog 🐶.
