My flatmate is moving out to go traveling so I’m looking for someone to replace her with a start date of 2nd July. The flat is in Castlefield, right by Cornbrook tram stop. You’d have your own bathroom, and the room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. There’s also a balcony with a really nice view over the canal. If you have a car, parking is available for an additional £100 a month.

It comes to around £850 a month in total:
-Rent: £650
-Council tax: £85
-Water: £55
-Electricity: ~£55
(WiFi is included in the rent)

I’m 27 and work in packaging design, I’m hybrid so do Thursdays and Fridays at home. I’m pretty easy going and like to keep the flat clean n tidy. Love going out for food and drinks but also a chilled wine/movie night in. Drop me a message if interested!
