Double Room in Castlefield w/ Balcony

I’m moving out of my room and looking for someone to take over my place in this great flat, living with two of my close friends.

You’d be sharing with Cormac and Harry, who have lived here for 3 years and 3 months respectively (photos of both included). I’ve been here for just over 2 years myself, and the only reason I’m moving is to live with my partner.

We’re ideally looking for a working professional who is in the office no less than 4 days a week, who has their own social circle, but is also happy to join for the occasional trip to the Wharf.

The rent is due monthly by 7th, ideally looking for someone to join the lads for June, although if your situation means it needs to be mid-month, please get in contact as we can work out a split on the payment.

Rent: £617 per month
Bills: roughly £150 max
Deposit: £600
Tenancy name change fee: £50 (I’m happy to split this)

The room comes with an en suite, small double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. The balcony is highlight.
