Double Room in Castlefield w/ Balcony

Hi!

I'm moving out of my room & I'm looking for someone to move in with my good friends / housemates.

Cormac & Harry have lived here for 3 years & 3 months respectively (photos inc of both). I've lived in this flat for over 2 years and the only reason I'm looking to move in with my partner.

Ideally looking for a professional to move in who has their own social circle, but isnt adverse to a trip to the wharf.

The rent is £617 per month, utilities roughly £150 (at most), deposit is £600 and then theres a tenancy name change fee of £50, I'm happy to half this.

There's an en suite, a small double bed, a wardrobe and bedside table. The kitchen and balcony is great & in the summer is a great location as you get all the sunset.
