Double room in Castlefield modern apartment

I’m looking for someone to take over the double room available in the modern Castlefield apartment. But I will be staying at the apartment and currently living with another female professional (23 & 24 y. o).

About me:
I’m 24 years old. Work as a senior receptionist in MCR Central. I would say I’m sociable, have a positive mindset, am tidy, and am respectful of others and their space. I'm an active person who loves yoga, pilates, and dance classes. I'm quite creative, love to read and paint.

We are looking for a female flatmate - tidy, of a similar age and mindset, and someone we can get along with and feel comfortable sharing the space with.

Some features you can expect from the flat/your room:
- 20th floor apartment
- Double bedroom
- Large balcony with a great view
- Spacious kitchen/living room area
- Lots of natural light
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Shared a bathroom with one of us

The bedroom carpet was changed in May 2026. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside drawers and a wardrobe.

As well:
- 24hr concierge who will collect and store parcels
- Mezzanine garden for residents

Building is:
- 5 mins away for Regent Retail Park (Sainsbury’s, gym, Boots, TKMaxx etc.)
- 10 mins walk from Spinningfields/Deansgate or about 30 mins from NQ

Rent: £617
Bills: approx £170 (includes utilities, council tax and good WiFi)
Deposit: £711
The room is available to rent from July 27th onwards
