Hey 😊 I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share this 2 bed, 2 bath flat
The flat is really well located in Castlefield. 7 minute walk to Deansgate tram stop, 10 minute walk to Cornbrook & a couple minutes walk to the canal. Local shops nearby are Tesco, Sainsbury’s, General Store, Co-op so lots of choice when you need to nip out. Regent Road retail park is about 15 minute walk away for big shops.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift or stairs. It’s fully furnished and really spacious. Bills are approx £180 a month (hopefully cheaper soon as I’m looking to switch wifi)
About me:
I’m easy going and sociable, I like going out for walks or for food/drinks but also enjoy quiet downtime. I like cooking and running and love to indulge in some reality tv. I work a 9-5 and work 2/3 days a week at home
