Double room available - Friendly, clean with a Cat

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable person to take over my current flatmate’s tenancy from 31st July.

A little about me: I’m easy-going, friendly, and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I work during the week and enjoy having a comfortable, relaxed home environment. I also have a lovely 9-month-old cat called Nunu, who is friendly, playful, and very much part of the household, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a cat.

I’m looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, you’d be someone who appreciates a peaceful, clean home and is happy to contribute to keeping it that way.
