Flat mate moving out and looking for someone to take over their place in this great flat.

You’d be sharing with Cormac and Harry, who have lived here for 3 years and 3 months respectively (photos of both included). Former flat mate been here for just over 2 years and is moving out to live with their partner.

We’re ideally looking for a working professional who is in the office no less than 4 days a week, who has their own social circle, but is also happy to join for the occasional trip to the Wharf.

The rent is due monthly by 7th
Rent: £617 per month
Bills: roughly £150 max
Deposit: £600

The room comes with an en suite, small double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. The balcony is highlight.
