En-suite room available from 19 July- Castlefield

Hi!

I’m looking for a lovely, respectful and tidy person to share my flat with from around 19 July.

The flat is located in Castlefield/Museum of Science, with good transport links and close to shops, supermarkets and everything you need day to day. The area also has lovely green spaces nearby for sunny days, as well as bars, cafés and gyms within easy reach.

The room is an en-suite room, so you would have your own private bathroom. There is also the option to rent a parking space in the building’s garage, if needed.

You’d be sharing with me. I’m friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful of other people’s space. I’d love to find someone similar — someone reliable, considerate and happy to keep the flat feeling calm, clean and comfortable.

The room is for one person only and would suit someone working or studying. The new tenant may need to pass the agency/landlord referencing checks.
