Incredible Apartment - Dbl Room+En Suite

Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in moving into this newly furnished incredible apartment in Potato Wharf, Castlefield.

The flat has two good-sized double bedrooms and two bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space for both of us. It’s on the sixth floor (out of seven) and is in a great position within the building, with no immediate neighbours where the apartment is located.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s friendly, easy-going, respectful and clean (must be clean). It’d be great to live with someone who wants to make the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

A bit about me – I work in wealth management/finance and I’m in the office 5 days a week, so if you work from home you’ll have the place to yourself for most of the day. I’m sociable and enjoy getting out and doing things, but I’m also mindful of personal space and would want us both to feel comfortable doing our own thing too.

The apartment should be available shortly. I’m just looking for the right person to move in with and then we can sort a move-in date that works for us both.

The location is brilliant – right by the canals in Castlefield, close enough to walk into Deansgate and the city centre, but far enough away that it’s not noisy or hectic. There’s no concierge, but there is a caretaker who looks after the building.
