Double Room in Castlefield

Hey!

I'm looking for a new roommate to move into the second bedroom in the flat I'm currently renting, as my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend.

It's a bright, double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and your own private bathroom. We're on the 7th floor, and there is also a private roof terrace and a gym!

There is a spacious open plan living room and kitchen, a small balcony and plenty of natural light throughout!

The flat is a 7 minute walk from Deansgate Castlefield tram stop, and only a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of town. Although it's a central location, it's a really quiet area!

A little bit about me: I'm Ellie, a 29 year old working professional. In my spare time I like to read, hike, go to the gym and relax in the evenings after work

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and social, respectful and tidy, but also appreciates alone time too!

The rent is £662.50 per month, and bills are around £215 (including council tax). My current roommate moves out at the end of July, so we are looking for someone to take over the room from the 1st August.
