* Room is furnished with a bed, large chest of drawers and a wardrobe (the desk is my flatmate's)

* Juliette balcony

Rent is 612.5. Bills and council tax: 180 approximately. Council tax band: D

The flat is in a gated society with night security, a caretaker and a secured mail room.

There's a retail park with a big Sainsbury's, Boots, JD Gym, etc, 7 mins away.

About me:
I'm 25yrs old, I work in the TV industry. I play the drums in my spare time along with taking trips to the cinema, finding new bands in Manchester, trying new recipes, wines and cheeses. A proud plant parent too!

Looking for a flatmate with some common interests so we can hang out occasionally and not just share pleasantries and cleans up after themselves. I'm not one for throwing house parties so appreciate someone who shares the same sentiment
