Room in 3 bed flat available. One male (30) and one female (28) both professionals with hybrid jobs.
We do like to chill and watch tv together but also have our own stuff going on and are social too. We're very chill and would like someone who can be social but has their own stuff going on too.
2 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop. Co op 1 min walk away and big supermarkets up the road.
Can request parking space, current flat mate who is leaving has one so can take over this as well as tenancy if you want to (160) secure parking in underground car park with shutter.
Bike storage available.
Free gym in building.
Garden and communal spaces with events to socialise in the building if you want to. 24hr concierge and locked parcel store etc.

Room is a spacious double with floor to ceiling windows, open wardrobe built in and current flatmate happy to leave bed, drawers, bedside table and desk if you want to purchase them off her. Can discuss cost at viewing but if you'd rather furnish yourself that's fine too. Bed is 2 years old ottoman from dusk so plenty of storage.
Will be sharing a bathroom with me (female 28)
