✨ROOM AVAILABLE END OF OCTOBER✨

My lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of October (exact date tbc) and so I am looking for someone to move into her room!

The gorgeous flat is located in Worsley Mill, Castlefield/Deansgate area - I’ve added some pictures of the area if you’re not familiar with Manchester! It’s a stunning area and only 10/15 minute walk into the centre of town with the nearest tram stop 5 mins away 😁

Rent is currently £650 per month and bills (including council tax) come to around £200 extra.

A little bit about me:

I’m 25 and have lived in Manchester 2 years now. I work in travel, office based in the centre but I am hybrid/flexible so work from home 2/3 days a week. I’m super friendly and sociable and would love for my next flatmate to also be a friend! 🫶🏻 I’m always up for doing anything whether that’s the gym or classes 🏋🏼‍♀️ / walks and coffees ☕️🌳 / nights out 🪩🍸

I’m ideally looking for someone around the same age (female only) with similar interests and someone who doesn’t work completely remote from home. Also no students sorry!

I like my peace and quiet during the weekdays as my work can be quite full on sometimes but weekends I’m very easygoing xx
