Hello! My current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend and I would love to keep the flat so looking for someone to take over his room.
It is a double bedroom in a 7th (top) floor flat at Potato Wharf in Castlefield, with a private bathroom. It is a lovely modern flat with a shared open kitchen and living room area, balcony with a great view, 1 parking space available.
About me, I’m 26, have lived in Manchester for just over a year. I work at Man City and am always in the office so I’m out of the flat a lot during the day and quite a lot of weekends. With my previous flatmate we got on as friends and would like to have someone that I can hang out with from time to time, go to the pub etc but at home the flat has always been very calm and tidy and we have pretty separate lives.
