Double Room in Manchester

My current flatmate is moving down to London at the end of September, so I’m on the lookout for someone to join me in the flat!
I’m a bubbly, easy going person and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe. I work in the office Monday - Thursday with a work from home day on Friday.

Looking for someone who is sociable, clean, friendly and outgoing. Would enjoy chatting on the sofa whilst watching TV but also values their own space and alone time.

I’m into fashion, music, and girly vibes. I’m more of a dinner and drinks kind of person, so no afters or house parties please. It would be nice to find someone with similar interests 💛

The flat is in a lovely location, with only a small walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The building management team is great and always helpful with any queries.

The bills are around £200 a month (water, energy, council tax, WiFi) We also rent out the car parking space for £120 a month which comes off our bills. The room comes with its own bathroom/full bath. The move in date is October 5th but let me know if an earlier/later would suit.
