Hello! I have a double room available in a furnished 3-bed modern flat in the Pomona Wharf building, with a balcony overlooking the River Irwell. You will have your own toilet and will share the shower room with one other flatmate.

The rent is £531 a month, with bills an additional £130 approx.
Council tax is Band D (Trafford Council).
Deposit is one month’s rent, plus a referencing fee which is about £50

The building is friendly with regular events organised, such as Christmas and summer socials with free food and drinks 😊 There are parcel lockers for deliveries, an office onsite for any maintenance needs or questions, and a building app for important notifications, maintenance requests, FAQs, guides, etc. There are parking spaces available (for an extra fee), a bike shed, and a small communal garden.

The closest tram stop is Cornbrook, about a 10 min walk. For shops, there’s a Tesco Express and Co-op about 10 mins walk, and a big Sainsbury’s at the Regent Road retail park about 15 mins walk.

You’ll be living with Rhiannon and Erin, who are both lovely and easy-going. Rhiannon works for the Civil Service and enjoys Pilates, social running, and going to gigs. Erin is a writer and enjoys travelling, pub quizzes, and gothic literature. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and considerate, and who would enjoy being part of a relaxed flat!
