Double room available in a 2 bed flat in Cornbrook

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate person to take over my flatmate’s room in our 2 bedroom flat. The room is available from 1st October and the rent is £802.50 (WiFi included) per month excluding bills.

The room: The room is a good-sized furnished double bedroom with a double bed, storage and wardrobe. The room also includes a large en-suite bathroom with a bath.

The flat:
The flat has a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The building also has great amenities including a gym and a co-working space.

Location:
We’re located in South Castlefield, right next to Cornbrook tram stop, which is just a one-minute walk from the flat. Deansgate is also around a 15-minute walk away, with easy access to the city centre.

About me:
I’m a working professional in my mid 20s. I’m friendly and socialable and enjoy having chats and doing things together while also being respectful of each others space. I’m looking for someone who is similarly easy going, considerate and tidy , ideally around the same age. Female flatmate only.
