I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over from my current flatmate at the end of our tenancy - it's right on the edge of Castlefield and super close to Cornbrook/Deansgate.

The room is a good-sized double with it's own ensuite bathroom - perfect if you like your own space and privacy.

It's fully furnished with a double bed, big window, and loads of natural light. There's also open shelving for storage.

The flat itself is modern and spacious. There is a big open-plan kitchen and living area, with all the usual bits (dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi etc).

I've lived here for a while and love the area.

You'll be about:
4 minutes walk from Cornbrook tram stop
15 minutes walk to Deansgate

A bit about me:
I'm 25 and work in youth justice. I'm easygoing and respectful. I like a clean and calm flat environment. Happy to have a chat and watch TV together but also give you your own space. Looking for someone similar - ideally another working professional who is friendly and tidy.

Rent: £705 a month (inc WiFi)
Bills: approx £160 a month (Council Tax, Water and Electricity)
Deposit: £600
Available from: 16th November
Parking: Parking spot available for £160 per month
