Fully furnished en-suite room in Castlefield, Manc

I’m looking for someone to move into the spare room in my 2-bedroom flat at St George’s Island, Castlefield (M15) from 9th November 2026, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The room is £600 per month, with bills and council tax bringing the total to approximately £800 per month. It’s fully furnished and has its own private en-suite bathroom.

The flat has a lovely balcony that can be accessed from all rooms, including the bedroom, as well as a storage cupboard which would be shared between myself and the new flatmate.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I’m quite independent and like having my own space, so I’d ideally like someone who is happy to do their own thing too. I enjoy quiet nights in, so I’m not looking for a party flat, although having friends over occasionally is absolutely fine.

The location is really central, with Deansgate, Castlefield and Manchester city centre all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby, and Cornbrook tram stop and Deansgate railway station are also close by, making it really easy to get around Manchester.
