Hello!
I am looking for a new housemate to move in with me from the 1st December 26. The apartment comes fully furnished so you would just need to bring yourself!
It is open-planing living accommodation with a balcony.
The complex is called Botanica and located directly opposite Cornbrook Tram stop (parking is available in the building at an additional cost). Although, there is unrestricted parking next to the building.
It takes me 10 minutes to walk into Deansgate from here also. There are communal gardens, terraces, residents lounges, gym and concierge included.
