About the flat and living arrangement:

I’m looking for a respectful, reliable and tidy person to rent my spare room in my beautiful Manchester city centre flat.

The biggest perk of this arrangement is that you’ll have the entire flat to yourself around 95% of the time! I spend the vast majority of my time in the Chorlton, so although you’re renting a room, you’ll enjoy the space, privacy and independence of having the flat mainly to yourself, rather than living in a typical house share.

The flat has a stylish open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom with built-in wardrobes offering plenty of storage. It’s a lovely space to call home, whether you’re working from home, relaxing in the evenings or making the most of city-centre living.

Another big bonus is the secure parking in a gated car park right behind the flat, which is a real advantage for a city-centre property.

There are only six flat in our apartment block so I've ne ver had any trouble with noise.

Who I’m looking for:

I’m keen to find someone I can trust to take good care of the property while I’m away. Ideally, you’ll be clean, considerate and responsible, and treat the flat as you would your own home.

I’ll occasionally stay at the flat, but for the vast majority of the time you’ll have it to yourself. I’m looking for someone who appreciates having their own space and understands the importance of respecting the property.

Bills are all included in the rent.
